"The Sorensen Institute has filled a great need in Virginia for individual leadership training, to move individuals into elective office. The whole concept of Sorensen is to broaden and expand horizons of these individuals so that they will become true leaders in the Commonwealth, true leaders for the future, true leaders to get along and get over some of these challenges that we have so that they can bring us into this new century."
Invest in the Sorensen Mission
"This Fine Work"
A message from U.S. Senator John Warner, the Honorary Chairman of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership's State Advisory Board.
Investing in Virginia
Those who believe in Virginia, invest in Virginia. The work of the Sorensen Institute is made possible thanks to the tremendous generosity of those who believe in Virginia as a leader among states. Though it is housed at Thomas Jefferson's University of Virginia as part of the Cooper Center for Public Service, the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership absolutely relies on donations and grants from individuals, corporations, and foundations to fund its programs.
Investment Opportunities
