Todd currently serves as CEO of CNSI, a private equity backed healthcare software products and solutions company. He has served on or serves on the boards of 12 technology companies and two publicly traded commercial banks, and he is a Venture Partner for the Blue Delta Capital Partners. He is a former chair of the board of directors of both the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and he served as Rector of the College of William and Mary.
