Leopoldo Martinez Nucete is a Venezuelan-American lawyer, expert of global trends and former congressman of the National Assembly of Venezuela. He founded the Center for Democracy and Development in the Americas and serves as executive editor of IQLatino. He is a member of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Chair of the National Committee of Latino Victory Project. He is a writer for various media outlets in Latin America, the United States and Spain.
