Ray is President of the VCTA – Broadband Association of Virginia, the state trade association representing Virginia’s broadband and cable industry. Ray’s principal responsibilities are representing Virginia’s broadband and cable industry before members of the Virginia General Assembly and the United States Congress. Ray is also a board member of the Virginia Telehealth Network.
