What does public service mean to you?
For me public service is an opportunity to spend my days honoring the principle that I learned from the founding documents of our country and from my mother: that every person matters – each person’s rights, each one’s opportunity to flourish all are important and deserve our best effort. That work has made the public service portions of my career the most rewarding.
